all the world is gliss!

Oh, are you in for a treat. Glissandro 70 is Craig Dunsmuir and Sandro Perri - though I'm under the impression that this track is Craig only. If anyone knows for sure, speak up! (I've just received word from a very reputable lady, it is both SP & CD and this song is a demo! As the lady said, "if that is just a demo, though, imagine how good the finished one will be?")
As Ian's mentioned, it's sickitatingly HOT in Toronto and right now my only salvation is lying in bed with headphones on, listening to this song while eating fresh blueberries. The headphones have become essential to hear all the neat layers and subtleties of this song over the din of my overloaded fan.
The song is an evil tease wrapped in sheer prettiness - would Glissandro hurry up and share more music with us? Enjoy!

Glissandro 70 - Bolan Muppets - not "all the world is gliss" as previously dubbed. I'll fix the filename this weekend.

Thanks for being into the G70 stuff enough to dole out this advance scoop; this song's actually called "Bolan Muppets" (I don't have audio here at work, but if it's the one that has the "scented by the sweet of your own spray" singing at the end as I suspect it is, then that's the title), and Sandro sings harmony with me at the end and plays over half of the guitars, incl. all the acoustic and wah-wah bits that float around at times. It's a nearly-finished demo; we have to master it and see if someone wants to put the album out. The album's going to be around 35 minutes long. I hope it sounds as fun as it was to go over to Sandro's house and record it. We also have a song called "Voices" that's one of Sandro's tunes that's not on the album, but is going to be on a children's compilation out on Paper Bag Records; it's like Sandro's recent acoustic/singing balladry but with me trying to sing even higher than him and me on fake Eric Chenaux wah guitar and him on fake Ryan Driver burbly synth, because we love them so.

Sandro Perri is Polmo Polpo, right? Anyway, this is gorgeous (sort of the direction I was hoping Polmo would pursue for his next album, a la his Kiss Me Again and Again cover), and I hope someone puts the album out soon. Nice info from Craig too! Thanks for sharing this, Amy.
